You agree that you will not use uPICiPIC to host or publish links to content that violates its policies, including text, images, data, or other information

That… 

r   Condones, threatens and/or instigates physical harm towards others, or oneself. 

r   Contains personal information not your own and/or posted without permission. 

r   Is intended to victimize, harass, degrade or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.

r   Is illegal or incites illegal activity such as physical and/or death threats, or providing instruction on how to conduct or participate in illegal activity.

r   Contains images of nudity and/or sexual acts or other objectionable material including but not limited to child pornography, adult pornography and beastiality.

r   Attempts to exploit a minor. A minor is defined as any person under the age of 18.

r   Advertises and/or promotes the sale of products or services on uPICiPIC, including, without limitation: lotteries, ammunition, firearms, fireworks and other explosive materials, tobacco, alcohol, adult products and services, such as phone sex and escort services, illegal products and services, and other products and services that uPICiPIC deems to be inappropriate.

r   Depicts violence in a gratuitous manner, without journalistic or artistic merit, primarily intended to agitate or cause emotional distress.

r   Otherwise uses the service in a manner deemed inappropriate by uPICiPIC.

r   Violates any or all Copyright laws (ie: images that you do not own or have prior written consent to use). 

« uPICiPIC has the right to enforce these Image Standards in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove, without notification, content that does not comply with the uPICiPIC Terms of Service  or Image Standards. uPICiPIC reserves the right to make changes to these standards at any time and we encourage users to check this document periodically for updates.
